SAN CARLOS, Calif. – March 12, 2008 – Mark Logic® Corporation, provider of the industry’s leading XML content platform, today announced that it will speak and exhibit at the 2008 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference in San Diego, California.

Over the past several years, the Defense Intelligence Agency CIO-sponsored DoDIIS Worldwide Conference has become the Intelligence Community’s premier IT conference. This year’s event will highlight cutting-edge capabilities currently deployed and explore innovative solutions designed to support the changing needs of the community.

Participants will hear from top-level government leaders and industry innovators during morning plenary sessions and will then spend their afternoons among their peers learning about novel solutions and best practices or attending one of the many IA training sessions.

John Kreisa, director of marketing at Mark Logic, will speak on using an XML server to drive Knowledge Management. Attendees will learn how an XML server can be deployed to create more intelligent knowledge management applications. It will include examples of how DOD organizations, such as the Army, are creating compelling knowledge management applications using XML.

Attendees can also visit Mark Logic in booth #805 of the exhibit hall.

Who:

Mr. Kreisa has been working in high tech for over 17 years. At Mark Logic he is responsible for all aspects of marketing for MarkLogic Server. Prior to Mark Logic he spent over 6 years with Business Objects. There he led the corporate demo team and had product marketing responsibilities for several products including the web based query and analysis products, the performance management products and SaaS offerings. Mr. Kreisa holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Texas.

The 2008 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference will be held at the San Diego Convention Center, March 16-20. John Kreisa will speak on Wednesday, March 19 at 2:30.
